What can SEAC manage for my school?+
SEAC brings student records, academics, attendance, fees, payroll, communication, report cards and other day-to-day school operations into one system. Schools can use only the areas they need and keep access controlled by role.
Will every staff member see the same information?+
No. The school controls access. An administrator, teacher, accountant, storekeeper or canteen user can be given different permissions so each person sees the tools and records needed for their work.
Can parents and guardians use SEAC too?+
Yes. Guardian access is connected to verified student and family records. A parent can be linked to the correct child or children, while the school remains in control of that access.
We already have student records. Do we have to enter everything again?+
No. If your school already has student records saved on a computer, you can move them into SEAC instead of typing each student again. You can review the information before it is added to the system.
What happens if the internet goes off?+
If the internet goes off for a while, teachers can still take attendance and enter scores. SEAC keeps the work on the device and syncs it when the internet comes back. The school siren can also continue ringing offline.
Can SEAC be used on phones and tablets?+
Yes. The hosted system can be opened in a supported mobile browser. Native Android and iPhone apps have not yet been released, so mobile access currently uses the web version.
Is there a Windows version?+
SEAC has a school-managed Windows path for institutions that prefer to run the operational system on their own infrastructure. The public Windows installer is still being prepared and will only be published when it is release-ready.
How much does SEAC cost?+
Pricing is based on the school’s number of active students. Schools can choose annual or termly billing, and the current prices are shown on this page and on the full pricing page.
